Procedure:
- My impression of FedEx is greatly diminished since it ended up that I had to pick up the package myself. Note: The package was correctly labeled with my name and proper mailing address with the correct postal code. Our street is a simple cul-de-sac off a main roadway and is printed on all current maps (I checked). I ordered the WeatherFlectors from the Canadian distributor in Ontario.

- First they called on Friday (one week after ordering) saying they couldn't find my address. WTF?! Don't they own a map that is newer than 3 years old?! Our address is locatable on MapQuest for crying out loud! My wife gives them directions and they say they will deliver on Monday.
- On Monday my wife is at home all day expecting the package--nothing. I call FedEx and leave a message.
- Tuesday I get call and they say that the driver tried to deliver the package but no one was home. WTF?! They say they can't read the entire driver's note, but simply that no one was home. See comment #2 above.
- So I ask when the package will arrive. They say tomorrow, because all the drivers have left for the day. Arrgh!!! If they couldn't deliver it one day, wouldn't they try again the next day--rather than just leave the package at the office?!
- Not trusting the competence of their drivers, I go to FedEx in Richmond to pick it up myself. What do I find on it? My wife's directions written and taped to the front, and these driver's notes: "No cheque. Owner not in. Don't want to sign." Don't want to sign?! Who refused the package? Certainly no one at our house. I don't even want to guess at the "no cheque" comment.
- Conclusion: Driver stops at wrong house, since no one knows what this package is, they won't sign for it. Driver goes away. Nice work, Sherlock.
- Geez, it's a good thing I picked up the package myself otherwise, who knows when I would have received it

- Installation is very easy. The WeatherFlectors come with a detailed instruction sheet and there's even a video that shows the basic steps available on Mac Neil Automotive Products
Notes:
- There were two defects on the WeatherFlectors: each was chipped in one corner. Argh! It doesn't look like it will affect the fitment so I go ahead an install it anyway. Hopefully, it'll be OK.
- I really like how low-profile these deflectors are. It's very streamlined and hardly stick out from the side of the vehicle at all.
